A company specializing in the creation of field guides, photography tutorials, and wildlife photography. We develop rigorous yet accessible content that combines biology and photography, aiming to increase knowledge about fauna and flora, promote best practices in the field, and contribute to their conservation. Through guides, books, training, and visual content, we seek to inspire a more informed, ethical, and conscious relationship with nature, valuing natural heritage and environmental protection.
This site was created and is maintained by me, Diogo Oliveira, if you see something out of the ordinary, if you find errors, if you would like to see something more on the site, if there is a lack of explanation, whatever it may be, talk to me! It's me alone taking care of everything, and not being a robot, I make some mistakes along the way and everyone's help is essential for everything to get better. Photographic Project: Portuguese Draculas
They are one of the groups of mammals that fascinate me the most. They have the ability to fly like birds, but they are mammals like us humans. Their flight is facilitated by their advanced sonar system, echolocation. This ability to see the world around them using sounds allows them to avoid obstacles but also to detect insects in flight.
Since childhood I've dreamed of creating wildlife documentaries; for now, I dedicate myself to creating short films.

About Diogo Oliveira
My name is Diogo Oliveira, I am a Wildlife Photographer and Biologist in Portugal. Graduated in Biology from the Instituto Superior de Agronomia and Master in Conservation Biology from the University of Évora. I spend a large part of my time photographing the most fantastic animals. I have visited several countries and have collaborated with large companies, brands, NGOs, and tourism agencies. I enjoy playing tennis, building Lego, watching movies and series, and I am a big Star Wars fan.
