THE WORLD OF WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY DOESN’T END AT THE MOMENT OF THE SHOT — IT’S IN THE EDITING AND ORGANIZATION THAT IMAGES COME TO LIFE AND VALUE. THIS WORKSHOP WAS CREATED TO GUIDE PHOTOGRAPHERS IN THE FIRST STEPS OF DIGITAL PROCESSING AND MANAGING THEIR VISUAL ARCHIVE.
This in-person workshop, led by wildlife biologist and photographer Diogo Oliveira, is a practical introduction to digital workflow, focusing on organizing, selecting and basic editing of photographs. Throughout the course, topics such as structuring catalogs in Lightroom, simple classification and backup methods, and essential tools for correcting exposure, sharpness and color without compromising the naturalness of images will be covered.
Participants will have the opportunity to work with their own photographs, applying the knowledge acquired in practical exercises with direct supervision. About Diogo Oliveira
My name is Diogo Oliveira, I am a wildlife photographer, biologist, writer, speaker and environmental educator based in Portugal. Graduated in Biology from the Instituto Superior de Agronomia and Master in Conservation Biology from the University of Évora. I spend a lot of my time photographing the most fantastic animals. I have visited several countries and have collaborated with large companies, brands, NGOs and travel agencies.
