Birdwatching in a peaceful environment

Birdwatching

1 to 3 days

up to 3 participants

AMONG THE GOLDEN PLAINS, THE SILENT ESTUARIES AND THE ANCIENT FORESTS, WE SET OUT TO DISCOVER THE BIRDS THAT LIVE IN PORTUGAL. IN EVERY CORNER, A CORNER; IN EACH WING, A STORY.

Portugal, with its diversity of habitats and privileged location on migratory routes, is one of the best European destinations for bird watching. Over the course of two to three days of exploration, we travel through estuaries, salt marshes, Mediterranean forests and mountain ranges, observing an impressive variety of species, from majestic flamingos and imperial eagles to discreet shrikes and warblers. Journeys are carefully organized to maximize sightings, taking advantage of the best periods of daily activity and migration seasons. During the tours, participants develop essential skills in bird identification, ethical observation techniques and the use of binoculars and telescopes, while deepening their knowledge of the behavior and habitats of the species. These immersive days are ideal for those seeking an enriching experience, among untouched natural landscapes and unique moments of contact with Portuguese birdlife.
