Order Shipping

• Expected delivery dates are shown on each item's page and consider shipments to different destinations, which may vary according to the type of item;

• Delivery dates may be limited in exceptional situations due to internal logistical or operational reasons of the carriers, or in special periods such as Black Friday and Christmas where there is a greater volume of orders;

• When the shipment is made, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number so you can follow all stages of shipping until delivery, through the website of the carriers we use;

• For logistical reasons, your order may be sent in multiple shipments. You will receive an email for each shipment made, which contains the items sent in that shipment;

• If for any reason you are unable to be present to receive your order, depending on the carrier and dimensions of the item, one of the following actions may occur:

  • New delivery attempt (usually the next day).

  • Notification left in the mailbox to collect at a collection point.

  • Return process to ONWILD has started.

• When you receive the order, you must check the integrity of the items in the presence of the delivery person, and refuse delivery if there is visible damage.

• Unfortunately, we are unable to specify which products can be collected or delivered in person, which is why this type of delivery only occurs via email.
